"I saw this movie twice, and it was an absolute blast both times. The first time was a hilarious comedy, and the second was a deep, philosophical satire for me. Perhaps it is so good in its comedy that you cannot see all the issues it addresses at first, but you will absorb the whole political idea anyway (that will make you see it again). It carries bittersweet emotions typical for the Balkans. It feels like Hangover but directed by Kosturica during the 90s crisis.
