"Ossie Davis narrated this excellent PBS documentary about the legendary Tuskegee Airmen--a group of black pilots who fought the color barrier to prove themselves during WWII. The film consisted of interviews with some of the surviving pilots, some vintage footage and a few historical recreations. Apart from one small mistake*, the film was very well done--and quite inspiring and fascinating as well. If you enjoy this film, try to find the made for HBO film "The Tuskegee Airmen"--a somewhat fictionalized account of some of these brave men. Well worth seeing--especially because it show..."
