"It's funny that at the start of the movie, it does state that you should trust your doctor. As in, this is just a movie. I have to admit, I could imagine some of the things actually happening. We are all human after all. Still you would like to believe that doctors are above things and are not prone to have moods while trying to help the general public. But this is a comedy, so everything happening is meant to make you laugh. Even when it sometimes gets sad or shouldn't be too funny. Of course you have to suspend your disbelief - especially considering the delivery guy ... not just ..."
