"Vincent has landed himself a girlfriend, Beryl is super excited to learn all she can about her. Alan agrees to do a little bit of painting for his dad. More slapstick than I've seen in previous episodes, this one was quite funny, Alan falling off the ladder, walking around plastered in paint, pure slapstick. Is it me, or is there a touch of The Victor Meldrew's about Alan, it's like he's single handedly, grumpily trying to take on the world, upset by everyone and everything.
