Will and Cathy are discussing a dream Cathy had that is bothering her. Cathy dreamed that she saw a woman holding a baby and asked her if she could hold the baby and the woman said no, that the baby was fragile. Then a man appearing to be her husband came by. Joe is late for the stockholders meeting so Viki decides to take his place much to Matt and Dorian's chagrin. Brad is over at Jenny's and they are talking about Samantha. Brad does not like the way she is acting and asks Jenny if she will come over and talk with her. Of course Jenny complies. After the stockholders meeting, Joe and Viki go back to his office and finally discuss Viki going back to work and Joe is not pleased about it. Viki assures Joe that she is not returning to check up on him, that she is going back for herself. Will and Cathy discuss dreams and Will feels that Cathy dreaming a bout giving away a baby is a step in the right direction. Samantha and her boyfriend Marty are discussing going out during the week. Samantha says her folks only let her go out on weekends. Naomi walks in and Marty says that he is there getting a homework assignment from Sam and that he better get going. After Marty leaves, Naomi tells Sam that she does not like Marty at all. Later that night after a dinner out, Matt and Dorian stop in the office and are surprised to find Joe still working. Jenny, Sam and Brad have dinner together while Will and Naomi are out. The phone rings and Brad takes a message for Will. Will and Naomi arrive home and Brad gives Will the message. The message is from Will's publisher. Naomi goes up to bed. Will calls the publisher and announces to Jenny, Sam and Brad that his manuscript has sold. Brad and Sam go into the kitchen and Jenny tells Will that she had no doubt it would sell. Will puts on the charm with Jenny that it is because of her that he started back writing and finishing as Naomi overhears them.
