On September 19, 1965, Terry Becker played Chief Sharkey in the television series Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea (1964) after actor Henry Kulky, who had played Chief Curly Jones in the first season, died of a heart attack on February 12, 1965. Becker succeeded him and joined the cast in the second season and remained with the series through its fourth and final season, which concluded in 1968.
Becker succeeded him in seasons 2 through 4 of the television series.
