The movie is slower to start, but as the movie picked up it was fun to learn more about the game of golf, and see pieces all come together. The name Currahee was made famous in the HBO miniseries, BAND OF BROTHERS, which chronicled the men of Easy Conpany of the U.S. Army's 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment during World War 2.
