José and Francisca were neighbors in their town Villanueva de Granada in Seville Spain. With five years of difference and knowing each other since childhood they both had to live very difficult situations in their families due to the conditions of poverty in which they lived. Francisca describes her walled town, adobe houses with the orchards that overlooked the same place and with a round street and the houses communicated with each other.
