"Were the viewer not aware that this is both the 50th episode and the season finale of The Hills, they would not be able to see this one stand out as landmark and season finale episodes should. For me, this is the 33rd episode and fittingly enough, it's also worth the same 3/10 rating most other episodes get. There should be something to keep viewers waiting anxiously for the next season. There should be intrigue. *Strong* emotions. Instead we get a stupid resolution that beggars belief and a lame unresolved situation elsewhere.
