Dutch, so it&apos;s terrible

I&apos;m Dutch so I wanted to like the movie but, as usual with Dutch movies, it&apos;s truly awful.

The acting is wooden as ever. Lines are delivered as if in a theater. The dialogue is terrible. The editing is bad, one moment our main character is in a pub and urgently needing to go home in terrible weather, the next moment she&apos;s already home and in bed. Really bad storytelling.

The ending sucks. She was so close and then they let the other woman get away with it. I wanted this movie to be more about the storm, other people&apos;s suffering as well and not just her and her baby.

Also, the character are really stupid, who would tie herself to a wooden attic beam with a tight knot instead of say some kind of lasso around her waist that can easily be undone. The father is a real arse as well.

But the VERY WORST about this movie is the song at the end, by Dutch band Blof, EVERY Dutch person hates this band and for good reason.
