"No pun intended - also no connection to the movie that exist (the one I mention in my summary line that is) ... and just to be clear, I never played the first game. I did not think they were connected .. apparently they are! And if a third part comes out (though it feels more like when it comes out), it will continue the story where this ended .... though after the credits rolled it seemed like one of those free roaming games ...
