For successful completion of officer training and good work on site, Romulusz is appointed district commissioner. He gets caught up in a coordinated car theft case that is now the most pressing issue in the district. He soon becomes suspicious of a young businessman, but the clue turns out to be wrong, as the police find out that his childhood best friend, now a successful musician, is the main culprit. On the orders of his boss, he must take part in his arrest.
