Earlier in the episode the Popolskis get problems with their electricity. Due to that they try to save energy by lowering the volume that gets transmitted. A scrolling text is frequently shown throughout the episode, prompting the viewer to raise the volume of his or her TV. The same text was shown seconds before the final song, Cheri Cheri Lady, where at its begin the volume suddenly regains its original volume, shocking the audience.
