💡 Did You Know?
Curtis Cooper shot the band footage during concerts at The Troubadour in Los Angeles in 2008. He obtained rare permission to do this for guitarist Tom Leadon's father, who was too ill to attend. (Tom Leadon is Curtis Cooper's brother-in-law.) A few years later, Curtis asked Kim Bauldree and her husband Gene Page to help make a video for Mudcrutch's song Crystal River. It was a slow-going family and friends production, which took much longer due to everyone's various schedules. After Tom Petty's death, they were determined to push through and get it done as a labor of love and respect.
