"Jackee" was a pilot episode that aired as part of season 4 of "227" as a possible spinoff featuring breakout character Sandra. Due to differing views between the direction of the show between Marla Gibbs and Jackee Harry at the time, Sandra was to be written out of 227 if her spinoff was a success. When the spinoff failed to meet the expectations of NBC executives, Sandra was kept for part of the final season of 227. Midway through 227s final season, Jackee Harry refused to return and she was written out and never mentioned in the final episodes.
