"Awesome show but would colonial New Englanders really have modern standard American accents? They don't even have standard American accents in 2020. 🤣 I'm betting at that time they'd still have much closer to British accents. Other than that, I'm enjoying this season. Just wow... a little realism with the accents would help in those flashback scenes. It's jarring to hear such modern accents from people supposedly from 250 years ago.
