Goulash

On this traditional recipe, we take and use ground turkey as the main ingredient. In a pot we take the ground turkey that has vegetable oil in it and add in onions, garlic cloves, salt and black pepper. We allow this to cook up until golden brown. Once the ground turkey is cooked we add in the beef broth, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and paprika to the pot and mix. We let this continue to cook on low heat as we prepare the next steps for the dish. At the same time that we are cooking the ground turkey, we prepare in another pot the elbow macaroni that will be added to the ground turkey that is already cooking. Once the macaroni is finished, we add it into the ground turkey and mix it thoroughly. After everything has finished cooking we serve it and add parsley flakes to garnish the dish.
