Stop trying to make criminals into the victims- allowing this putzes brother to make excuses for his horrendous, CRIMINAL behavior is laughable; boo-hop, poor kid struggled to eat, was adopted into a loving family, and conveniently his brother states &apos;oh it&apos;s bipolar disorder untreated! Mom couldn&apos;t afford his care!&apos;, but that absolutely does not explain his schemes, cons and disgusting behavior to elevate himself t the cost of others and their own hard work. This fraud deserves to rot under the prison.
