"The thing I find most interesting about all of these "how to get your house to sell" shows is that for all the work and expense that people go through to make their house more "sell-able" it never seems to work. Listen to the comments at the end of any of these shows. It's always, "They're still waiting for the right offer to come in," or "Four weeks after our redesign the owners are hopeful they'll be selling soon." Well heck, that's what they were doing before they were on the show, so what did they accomplish? If you think about it..."
