"Hidden away on a Thursday night on Channel 4 (but usually a quiet night on the other channels), this is like a send up of the recent quality drama Time. There are lots of familiar faces here but my favourite is Christopher Fulford whom invariably plays the bad guy but we finally get to see him behind bars here. The show highlights the stretched prison service with some gentle humour but no real laugh out loud moments. It doesn't seem to know whether it is a comedy or a drama. Bingewatching the series. Hopefully just a long haul than a long sentence...."
