"Kembleford is once again in the midst of a crime wave, as a killer wipes out locals, the deaths follow an almost biblical pattern. Very good once again, the first thing I noticed, was this perhaps filmed in UHD? It looked incredibly sharp, very nicely filmed as always. A really good story, slightly more bloodthirsty than usual, I liked the concept, and loved the characters. It is glorious how time stands still in Kembleford, that cosy enchantment is part of the show's appeal, but even here there's a little progress, with some American culture arriving. Who will forget Mrs M tucking..."
