"Why is J. K. Simmons, a respected and renowned actor, in this pile of cr@p movie? Does he owe back taxes or something? I wondered as I watched this. It turns out it's because his wife wrote and directed the movie. It was nice to at least make sense of that. The acting is horrible, and it's evident almost immediately. To be fair, I really can't tell if it's the fault of the actors or the rigid and horrible dialogue but its likely both. Top it off with comically miscasted police officers who looking like they are in middle school and have the acting chops to match and the end..."
