Five friends work at a shoe store and create chaos amongst the customers and their tyrannical boss Dave. Jeff, a newcomer to 'Shoe Express' is harassed by the boys and is even given the nickname 'Douche' but still wants to be a part of 'the gang.' His efforts are soon haulted after meeting Wendy, the noon to five girl. She hates the pack of boys, but is trying to give Douche a chance. Douche has to decide whether he wants to become a member of the pack, or get with Wendy.
