"Much like the Chinese, the Koreans are good at producing entertaining martial arts films. One of my favorite films from the DPRK is Order No. 27 (1986), which also featured Korean heroes flying across the air and kicking their enemies. Although "Pyonguang nalpharam" was made 20 years later, based on the visuals, it could be from the 70's. It is likewise a silly action romp, very fun to watch if you just disregard the politics of it all. The story is set during the Japanese occupation of Korea.
