"This is a very pleasing, very short (only a couple of minutes), very funny animated subject --- actually it's more of an illustrated guide -- to the fine art of tying a young woman to the railroad tracks after, presumably, she has refused your offer of marriage. It's a modern silent film with some highly appropriate melodramatic music accompanying it. The style of animation is fairly unusual: it is monochromatic and done in silhouette, with a sort of woodblock feel to it, and uses large masses of black with no details.
