They have ambitions to take over the world. It is soon obvious that the police force is in bed with these guys and no one can be trusted. Chandler and Miles are sort of on their own. Most of their colleagues have been threatened one way or the other and who can blame them. For some reason, Chandler has been allowed to live. Going into the third episode, one really wonders if this ineffectual mess of a Captain can come up with something...."
