To simulate van Helsing's accent, Love Bonnier spoke intentionally with strange grammar errors. He kept his accent while singing. His accent appears to disappear while performing "The Man Who Once Was", and then come back in the middle of the song. The reason for this might be that they edited in the soundtrack version of the song to achieve better sound quality. On the soundtrack, Bonnier did not use his accent. A proof of this is the fact that the accent is present in close ups, in other to achieve good lip sync. Another proof is the fact the sound quality of his voice is much lower than the other voices.
