"I laughed, cried, and healed watching this movie. It was well written and executed. The concept of releasing emotional and mental energy causing stress and strife is an essential message for enhanced quality of life. I speak to the importance of releasing to whomever will listen. It is so refreshing to go see a full feature film that entertains but also educates. This movie was very realistic and practical. Because of this movie I no longer hold things inside of me. Life is heavy when one does not practice releasing. I am grateful to say I forgot I was watching a movie. Excellently done. Salut..."
