Shot in studio, on a modified Robson Arms (2005) set. This set was once home to "Geoff McAlister, played by David Richmond-Peck -- who plays "Jake" in "Move Out Clean." It was later re-purposed on "Robson Arms" and was home to "Dawn Ross," played by Kelly-Ruth Mercier. David Richmond-Peck became close friends with the actor who played his best friend on "Robson Arms": Alisen Richmond-Peck, who plays "Laura" in "Move Out Clean." Screenwriter Geoff Inverarity submitted a script to "Robson Arms" in 2005 for consideration; it was an earlier iteration of "Move Out Clean", which ultimately was shot with "Robson Arms" actors on a "Robson Arms" set.
