"It's always odd to be on the outside looking in when it comes to movie reviews. There are a lot of people saying this is a great Sonic movie that is fan-friendly and made with care, etc. But that was not my experience, with this one or the previous two. They have been pretty entertaining overall, mostly thanks to Jim Carrey, who even at his age in a very uninspired studio production is still capable of getting a smile out of me.
