I really don't think that revolutions cause change. Change causes revolutions. What happens is that at a certain point, when the shape of our heads has changed to a great enough degree, that the world around us, the physical world around us becomes restrictive in a way we're forced to, in a sense, carry out a kind of revolutionary activity; in other words, we have to act it out socially. Real change comes over a long span of time, and is probably not recognizable and can't be assigned to an individual.
