"As the title suggests, the short film Moonstruck is about a lunar anomaly that drives anyone who looks at the moon crazy. But in this case, it's more serious-those who look at the moon become highly aggressive and attack anyone who hasn't been "moonstruck" yet, causing a national emergency.
