"As a teen, I was a huge fan of SCTV and watched every episode--from the early syndicated version to its move to NBC to its move to Cinemax. I also loved the spin-off film "Strange Brew" and "The Dave Thomas Show"...but I cannot recall this odd Showtime special. I only heard about it when someone mentioned it on Facebook, so I looked for it on YouTube and found it. Sadly, in hindsight, I wish I hadn't.
