"In another one of his animal documentaries, British TV star Martin Clunes ("Doc Martin") travels about the world looking to have some close encounters with manta rays. It begins in the Cayman Islands where he pets (very reluctantly) stingrays then heads to the Georgia Aquarium with a dive with Mantas then to Ecuador of a bit of manta action and finally to Sri Lanka and the Maldives for more mantas. While it was clear Clunes was enjoying himself I had to keep asking me why was he narrating and participating in the documentary since he openly admits he's terrified of scuba diving ..."
