"Descriptions of this movie miss the mark and don't relate to the storyline developments accurately - it's all very down to earth and everyday. This is more of a feel good film than a rom-com - there isn't much humour and lots of relationships are covered eg family, friends, work, community etc. Best of all, this is a calm movie, no loud/distracting music and the ubiquitous cookery lesson montage is thankfully missing. Ansley Gordon and Jonathan Stoddard filmed 'Baked With A Kiss' (May) after recording 'Love on Retreat' AKA 'Lean into Love' (January). Stoddard starred in 'The Soulmate Search' (June) whilst Gordon played both leads in 'The Boyfriend Trap'. The films were shot in Florida, as part of the company's 10 movies in under 10 months schedule.
