"Wow, so disappointing. Not a bad concept, but the script is HORRIBLE. Not sure if they wrote the script and scripting the weekend before shooting or they just wrote it as they went along. A few of the actors were so-so and with a decent script this might have gotten a 3 star. That's about all I can say good about this movie. The camera work was not even up to the shoddy level. Of course the abysmal scene setups (a combination of script and director) were easily just as bad. For a 2023 movie, I had hoped for something better in the way of special effects. Yeah, I get it that low budgets ..."

According to the book Independent Filmmaking 101, this was filmed during the height of the Covid pandemic and only one crew member, a production assistant, showed up, forcing the director to take on a dozen roles such as director of photography, camera operator, script supervisor, makeup artist, costumer, gaffer, chief of lighting and prop master. According to the film's credits, the director also wrote, edited and scored the music for the film. In the book, he says the biggest issue filming during the Covid pandemic wasn't having to take on multiple crew roles, but the various casting, location availability and logistic issues they came across while filming that derailed the production schedule for several scenes.
