"Archer continues to be the king of the pirates. He is clueless about what to do so he just engages in drinking and sex. He doesn't want to go home but the others are insisting on it. His mother is blinded by her own stupidity but she has power. The rest of ISIS would just as soon see Archer fall off a cliff. But he is resourceful, mainly because everyone else is equally stupid. There are some pretty funny lines here and there. Archer represents everything that is wrong with modern society and that's why we watch him. After Archer tells Noah he isn't "remunerating" him to think he tells him that as a slave his 3/5th of an opinion is noted. This is a reference to the Three-Fifths Compromise from 1787. It stated that the slave population would be counted as three-fifths in total when apportioning Representatives, as well as Presidential electors and taxes.
