Bomont directed this rather sleazy and sexually perverted tale of a man (Dale West) who likes to stalk women out and then brutally murders them because he wants to be a woman! FOLLOW THAT SKIRT was obviously influenced by the Herschell Gordon Lewis gore movies but it goes a step further by not only delivering blood but also a lot of sexuality and nudity.
