Wasaga Beach Speedway is located in Wasaga Beach, Ontario, Canada. This abandoned race track in the woods has been abandoned for over 50 years. Some people living in this small town for years are not even aware this is here. Ontario Parks now owns the land and its used for walking trails and is open to the public. It opened August 14 1954 and closed in 1970. There used to be a 1/2 mile horse track but has now grown over. Later on the added the paved 1/4 mile oval race car track.
