"This episode is a classic example of the slowdown in pace. If are watching it for the first time its interesting and helps you understand the backstory of more of the key characters. However, if you have watched it more than once this is one of the episodes you would be tempted to fast forward through. If this is your first watching, you need to view this episode as it contains a number of critical pieces of information. On a side note I do like the Feyris character, she is surprisingly interesting and you will see a lot of her in a number of later episodes where is excellent...."
