This very early Sweetheart Video release, so old that if features a dubbed-in-French soundtrack option on the Menu from Quebec-based Mile High Distribution, finds filmmaker Nica Noelle doing justice to one of her more interesting performers, the exotic fetish model/actress Satine Phoenix.
