"Don Lee (the reason why I watched the film) is only one of the characters in this ensemble film that takes a bunch of people in a neighborhood building and has their lives collide when a serial killer may be amongst them. This is not a simple film with serial killers, ghosts, haunting, and other supernatural elements that are window dressing to the lives of all these people in the same building.
