"I'm enjoying seeing great footage exploring the areas just north of Vancouver and very local to where we hike. It's amazing to see that such remote and hard to reach places were ventured so many years ago. It's interesting to learn the secrets that prospectors kept private and the cast are a good bunch too. You have to tolerate the typical cheesy over the top narration and some repetition filler but it's still and enjoyable journey. The end of season one came fairly abruptly.
