Yet, Moments goes beyond the individual stories it weaves. It courageously tackles a pressing issue, particularly relevant in the black community-the stigmatization of therapy and trauma. The series confronts the taboos that can surround discussions on mental health within this community, challenging preconceptions and fostering open conversations. By doing so, Moments becomes a catalyst for breaking down barriers and initiating a more inclusive dialogue about mental well-being. In embracing the unique experiences of its characters, the series becomes a powerful agent of change. The episodes, designed for brevity but charged with emotional intensity, offer a glimpse into the complexities of black therapy and trauma. Unbeknownst to the characters "Dr. Winston" reads their minds, even when they are not forthcoming. In the end you will find that the "Mystic Narrator" and "Dr. Winston" are in cahoots with each other and will take the group and viewers on a hell of a ride.
