Aristide is wounded, a young woman saves him, hides him in the cottage where he lives and medicates him. Pietro understands that it's his grandmother Maria. The two live a love story that will be interrupted because Aristide will yield to a sense of duty. There remains the memory that passes through time, a cap remains, a tombstone remains, but nothing is as far away as it seems.
