Netflix took down the 35th episode from the first season of Maya the Bee from its streaming service on September 21st, 2017, after a hidden phallic image was discovered within the episode. At the time of writing (09/21/17) it is unknown wether or not the episode will be reinstated with an edited version removing the phallic image. The episode originally aired on September 5th, 2012, meaning it took 5 years for the image to be discovered. It should be noted that the show is not a Netflix Original series, but a Studio 100 Animation production.
