Here&apos;s one of a long series of of actualities that American Mutoscope &amp; Biograph shot in 1903 concerning the Post Office. There are pictures of men standing around sorting letters. There are pictures of wagons of mail. And there are two different shots of mail men leaving some post office or other. Apparently this was so thrilling that they made two of them.

A. E. Weed shot this. He was AM&amp;B&apos;s go-to guy for wandering around the United States, giving shows and shooting footage as he went.

One of the mail carriers tips his hat to someone. Not to the cameraman. This thrilling series of men walking own stairs is capped off by a horse walking in front of the camera. How will #2 ever top this?
