"This series won't win any prizes apart from maybe for the juicy love scenes. And there are lots of those. The acting is hammy, the pace slow and the plot & twists are not amazing. You could probably skip the first episode and still know exactly what is going on, it's that straight forward. But I did enjoy it as a sort of guilty pleasure and binged it in an evening. There are some amazing scenes of Cape Town and I liked the short episodes, and watching stunning looking characters make a soap-opera type mess of their lives. The end of season cliffhanger is not bad. Will it bring me..."
