"A 2023 feature film documentary from directors Franc Vissers and Elizabeth Healey about what happened to the Homeless Rough Sleeper Victims of Central London during the pandemic, and in particular the quarantine regulations introduced in Britain in 2020 and 2021. In something of a reverse of my situation they were (largely) left out in the cold (literally and figuratively) being even more marginalised and isolated than before (if that's possible). Amongst a number of obvious points several good points are raised, but overall this documentary is too timid and tinkering in it's attitud..."
