Frustrated and impatient, these two cousins abandon their duties in search of adventure... and mischief. The cousins journey far into the west, laughing as they go about breaking laws, killing animals and fouling traditions. But these boys are not alone, for Bujimala, the Rainbow Serpent has his eyes on them, ever vigilant as the guardian of this country. As he stalks the boys, he becomes frustrated with their antics. In a moment of despair, he swallows the boys and carries them far beyond the safety of their own country, hoping to scare some sense into these two teasing cousins. A tale from the Dreamtime, the Aboriginal time of creation, and performed in the Yanyuwa language; an endangered dialect with only a hand full of speakers.
